About DAVI
DAVI is the data and digital subsidiary of JG Summit (JGS) in charge of integrating and operationalizing the group’s rewards, and big-data initiatives. DAVI intends to monetize and leverage the data assets across the different business units of JG Summit starting with the retail and airline businesses. It is the vision of DAVI to democratize data internally and externally by providing key customer insights and actions that can help achieve loyalty and engagement among our direct customers.
DAVI will act as a center of excellence in providing new and innovative services both to our internal business units and external partners to help these businesses achieve sustainable and incremental growth.
API Management Platform
The API management / Integration platform will enable the automation of existing operations (serving as the glue between systems of record and systems of action), increase the speed and cost-effectiveness of new application development (by developers checking the API marketplace and reusing standard APIs exposed instead of connecting with system owners and developing customized integrations), as well as enable new business models (like Davi use case in next section.
We envision a “federated marketplace”, to consolidate all APIs exposed by DAVI allowing External Partners and Internal JG Summit group business units to integrate with the platform.
